Hot, Sticky Weather Bath

Their are many baths of diferent kinds..
I will try to ad them as I find them


Essential Oils Baths


One of the ost comon usese of essenial oil is in the bath the oil can act in twotion, sence the ware water causes evaporatin and the creation of an aromatic cloud in the vbathroom (provided that you close the door). Water hhas always been used as a healing medium, and the cobinastionof oil and water sees to creat a thid force. The water is very comforting and relaxing.


A Stimulating Morning Bath


Pepperment 2 drops

Rosemary 4 drops

Juniper 2 drops


A Waring Stiulating Bath


Ginger 2 drops

Rosemary 4 drops

Lavender 2 drops


A Calming Evening Bath


Lavender 4 drops

arjoram 4 drops


A Cleansing Dextoifying Bath


Lemon 2 drops

Juniper 4 drops

Geranium 2 drops



Bath Salts


Bath Salts are an easily prepared to bath herbs, an to be perferred to the caustic mixtures now on the market: most of these chemical-ridden formuls are almost guaranteed to irritate your skin.


Creating Bath Salts


the basic ingredients are table salt,bakeing soda &Epsom sats. Some herbalist also use borax. Add the salts to a large bowl in these protions: 3 parts Espom salt 2 parts bakeing soads 1 part table salt (or borax)


CICLE BATH

3 parts Rosemary Oil

2 parts Myrrh Oil

2 parts Sandlewood Oil

1 part Frankincense Oil

Color: PURPLE


Bath in Circle Bath before any Magical workings to strengthen, purify, and prepare youself for rite.


*Coloring: I use food coloring to color the bath salts, and I place the coloring in after I've mixed the Sents. I don't have a Particular forula for coloring the salts, other then adding and mixing untilI get the color I lke. BUT, if you must mix more then one color together to get a second color, ie; red and blue to make purple, they should be mixed together prier to placing the in the salts, otherwise, you'll get multi-colored salts insted of purple.


High Awareness Bath

2 parts Sandlewood Oil

1 part Frankincense Oil

Color: PURPLE


Bathe in the mixture to direct your consciousness toward higher things, to promote spirituality and to combat Earth- obsession such as uncontrolled spending, overeating, sluggishness and all formes of unbalanced materiasim.
