Ingredients-

1 Bath Tub

Lost of Lukewarm, almost chilly water (I use cold)

Essential Oils (My faverits are Lavender, Rose and
Woolland Bois)

Your Faverit Stones

Your Faverit Chilled Beverage

3-4 Flowers (optional) 

No Candles! They put off Heat and You're Already
Roasting!

Your Faverit Music

 

 

Methpd-

Fill Tub. Add 4-5 drops of each essential Oil. Turn on
music. Put

Stonesss in and around the tub. Make sure you can reach
your beverage.

Float Flowers on water. Now get in and RelaX> Stay there
as long as you

can keep the rest of the world at bay or until you are
seriously pruned

up. OH, I forgot the most inportant step....

Turn off the phone! Serves one.
